Hi, I’m Tenika — mum of two little girls and the founder of Packaroo.

Like many parents, daycare mornings often felt like a juggling act. Between backpacks, bedding, spare clothes, hats and all the little extras, there always seemed to be something to carry — or something left behind.

I wanted a simpler way to keep everything together, while still creating something practical, beautifully designed and made for everyday family life. So, I created Packaroo.

Packaroo is more than a backpack. Each set brings the everyday essentials together in one coordinated system — a backpack, clothing bag, bedding bag and matching bucket hat — helping make busy mornings simpler and little adventures more organised.

With my eldest daughter living with severe food allergies, I also knew I wanted a simple place to record important medical information. That’s why every Packaroo backpack includes a built-in medical and allergy information label, keeping those important details close at hand.

Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the soft corduroy finish to the practical matching pieces, with real family life in mind.
